Pathetic and Disgusting Service

RAM on the 27th July 2022 sent me an sms confirming that my parcel is out for delivery, subsequently to that I received a phone call asking me if I am at home, I then responded that nobody is at home I am at work I will be at home after 17h00 so we then arranged for delivery for the next day and agreed of 13h00 when I am on lunch at work. On the 28th July I received an sms again that my parcel is out for delivery I then ask to be released at work for them to be able to find me at home, I waited for 2hours without any delivery and not even an update of what is going on. I left home at 15h00 going back to work and nothing from RAM Couriers. I then tracked my parcel I saw them written on their tracking history that there was a strike in my Area which is a big LIE. Then days passed without me gettingy parcel then on Monday the 01st August the called again and I told them that I will be home after 15h00 on Tuesday the 02nd August and we agreed on that they will deliver by then. On the day they called and I confirmed once more that I will be home after 15h00 so they called 14h45 to check my whereabouts and I asked them to give me 15 minutes I am on my way of which they asked me to make it 10 minutes because they are about to leave my area, I told them am on my way. They then asked me to meet with them on a shopping complex of which I told them that is not my address if they don't want they must just leave bcoz it seems as if they are the one who are customer on this not. I received a call from their office and I told them at home they then promise to call me back. Of which they did not as I write here I have no clue of whereabouts of my parcel. RAM is pathetic on service how I so wish when we purchase online we may choose our own courier company.
