Pathetic and ***********

The absolute WORST service ever. *********** staff lacking the will to live. I was supposed to receive my package on 6/02/25, waiting for my order then I received an email saying that it is a failed delivery attempt. I called them immediately to make sure they have the correct address. Turns out they had.. not quite sure how you can't get an address so well laid out. The lady I spoke to told me they will call me the same day to deliver otherwise I will have my order the following day. Absolute bulls*t. Called them again to follow up just to hear it's still at querie department for no known reason at all and absolutely no *********** staff members with their snotty attitudes can give me an explanation. In my life I will never use them again, I'll rather drive myself even if it's to the other side of the world. My business is losing income in this process. Pathetic bunch.
