PATHETIC!!!!!
Thank goodness one can't complain about the service from RAM as there is none. Got told my package would arrive today so I plan my day so that I am free as I run a business from my house. Spend the entire day waiting to get told at 3pm the driver is on his way. (The destination is about 10min from where I am) it's now 17:53 and still nothing. Try and phoned 15 times spent over R100 on airtime trying to find out who what where and still can't get a simple answer. According to track my parcel it's still on it's way. Been trying ALL avenues to get hold of you clowns but all I speak to is a pre recorded voice. Anyone trying to use RAM think twice and this i will blow up to all social media sources. Think i have time to sit and wait all day.
