Pathetic!!!!

I suggest you take this as a formal complaint and you fire the two drivers who were delivering HHBT908559. I did not get a call from then to tell me they were there! The woman sat in the van like a damn princess. Hand to hand couriers?? Really ! She didn’t even bother hooting to make anyone aware she was outside! Her words were oh I waved the parcel at the domestic so she must open the gate! Listen to me, I live in Bedfordview in a very big house ! In South Africa ! I do not give my domestic the gate keys to open as and when things arrive for me. Your drivers are very rude !!! My mother then realized someone was at the gate. She then asked the woman as she still sat a like a madam in the van who she was delivering for. Your female driver was very rude and irritated that the hand over was taking so long and was rude to my mother . When my mother attempted to take a picture of her and the van she reversed out so fast that she almost hit my mother’s Porsche!!!! What kind of people do you have working for you !

I suggest you people get those drivers to write a formal apology to my mother and myself for such gross misconduct. I will take this to social media and to the consumer protections act. She didn’t even give the parcel to my mother so she now has a R2500 item in her possession and if that item is damaged , we will have very big issues !

We are lawyers in this house so I will personally make sure this disgusting behavior is not take lightly !

You will not send these two drivers back to my house either as I know most couriers use the same drivers for the same areas. I will make sure they have been taken off the roster for Bedfordview!!!!! The address is 2 Davis road Bedfordview 2008.
