PATHETIC
This is one of the worst companies when it comes to customer service all they care about is money and getting paid......I ordered a simcard from Rain and now get **** to by RAM about delivery.....furthermore they dont want me ro collect even after I told them I have travel arrangements and just lost R2500 in flight tickets becuase tbey cant do delivery on time.when you call them you hold for 20min on an automated siervice and once someone do speak to ait takes another 45min just to get you nowhere at all.....PATHETIC
