PATHETIC

Very bad service from RAM - Apparently they attempted delivery yesterday, 13 June 2019, and was unsuccessful, but best of all, it's to a business and im at work from 8 - 5, no phone call nothing - now a birthday present will only be delivered on Tuesday, with this said, i contacted them around 9am this morning, early enough to still attempt delivery, but no, only Tuesday. then the disrespect of their agents (Nicolize) can't greet a customer, only says parcel will be delivered on Tuesday, Sorry for inconvenience caused. YOU ARE PATHETIC - I work at an online company, if a parcel wasn't delivered the day as per request, you have to deliver early as possible next day, its not like we are in a way different province, they in Isando, we in Randburg - YOU MAKE NO SENSE AND EMPLOY PEOPLE WHO HAS THE DECENCY TO GREET CUSTOMERS FIRST AND EXPLAIN WHY IT WASN'T DELIVERED AS A NORMAL HUMAN BEING WITH MORALS WILL DO - YOU, YOUR COMPANY AND SOME OF THE EMPLOYEES DOESN'T HAVE ANY OF THE PREVIOUS MENTIONED - YOUR CUSTOMER ARE DISCUSSED BY YOU!!!!
