Pathetic
Does not contact you to arrange a delivery date, instead just arrived at my premises expecting me to be there. I then leave work early to try get to them only to be told the pacel was returned and can't be delivered today!
Surprising we don't sit around waiting for you to arrive whenever you feel like it!

I contacted your office this morning to tell them I am not available at the premises today, they will arrange a late delivery only to be contacted by the guy saying his at my gate!!!!
