Most pathetic unreliable couriers, can't even complain about service as it is non-existing.

02 Aug 2021, 15:42Consent forms was sent on Friday. Told the lady Tsholofelo Ngwenya it was urgent and delivery should be scheduled for today 12:00pm. She neglected to reply or assist. Had to ask for banking details and reference nr on numerous occasions, made payment eventually and was just informed she is on lunch and will only attend to it tomorrow. It is unacceptable. 5 days later and the URGENT parcel still have not been collected, payment was done and still no waybill nor reference. Thank you for disappointing service.
