Delivery late by 3 days which had a major impact on my business, lost many customers and future business. I had spoken to Tahir Khan from the Durban branch to resolve my query and whilst speaking to him, he leaves the phone aside which meant me having a conversation with myself. Absolutely no customer service s****s whatsoever, lacks telephone etiquette and clearly no problem solving s****s either. He then transfers me to another consultant, who is lower ranking and unable to make any decisions to advise accordingly for me to repeat this entire scenario. Tahir Khan, your service has left me totally appalled and i'm also disgusted that you have been ignoring my calls. Unfortunately for the item i have purchased uses RAM but guess what? Thats soon to change. RAM couriers, shame on you for blaming your customers for your own incompetence and lack of commitment.
