Pathentic Service by RAM Courier

What a useless courier service, people should move away from doing business with RAM.

I bought Headsets from Vodacom during Black Friday specials, and i stay and work around Midrand.

My parcel was next day, it took the courier people over 7 days to send through the parcel. I have been called that they have a parcel to deliver i gave them a new address to the driver and office support personnel by the name of Phathutshedzo Maduwa - sat on top of my parcel and decided not to deliver my parcel at work or my new res address and they decided to send my parcel back to sender Vodacom.

They updated my parcel with wrong information. Useless not knowing whom they are serving.
