Parcel was delivered quickly.

I urgently had to get a parcel delivered from Pretoria to Polokwane and decided to use RAM. After we made the payment online (which was very easy), I decided to read some reviews and was slightly scared, but my experience was wonderful.

The package was collected rather quickly and was delivered to the right address very quickly.

The only suggestion I would have is the customer service part. I tried to phone about 6 times and nobody answered and I also used the online chat where somebody eventually answered after 3 tries... but not all companies are perfect :)
