Parcel stuck no movement.

This company doesn’t deserve even a single star. They are the worst company I have ever seen. My order has been with them and it has not moved since the 30 of November, when you call them they do not answer, their WhatApp line is forever experiencing technical issues. When you call in you are placed on hold until you get tired and hang up. Bash should STOP using Ram. There are better courier companies. Because Ram will move your parcel from one depot to another instead of just delivering your parcel. Bash must do better not this Ram.
