Parcel sent to Zimbabwe 28/10 still no delivery

I sent a parcel to Zimbabwe - Hwange on the 28 of October . it was a document parcel . I paid in full and was told the parcel would have arrived in 3 to 4 working days . On the 4th day I recieved an email from a consultant saying they can not contact the number on the parcel and the address is wrong. The email indicated the parcel was sent to Harare and not Hwange maybe because this was the first parcel ever to Hwange . I responded to the email with the correct details address confirming Hwange and cellphone number of the Zimbabwe number. The lady later called me saying she needs to confirm the cellphone number and address . I did this and she called me again saying the number wont go through to which i mentioned this was impossible as I had just called my fathers cellphone and he was awaiting delivery of the parcel. When i go online to track the parcel it says delivered to Isaac in Isando the tracking does not tell me anything about the parcel.The tracking is useless its been two weeks no parcel delivered. I need to know where my documents are and when they will arrive and if not may the money and my parcel be returned to me so I use DHL I have used them before to HWANGE
