Parcel probably lost
Worst services ever they should just close. Almost 2 weeks waiting for my parcel. When I track it, it says parcel delivered. I called in and the agent could not trace the driver who delivered my parcel. Not sure if i will ever get it. Use their services at your own peril

15 Dec 2021, 11:50It will be delivered indeed. I call in everyday and there is a different story everyday. At one point i was told i could go fetch it myself. It has now cost me more than what i would have used if i went to the sender myself. The day i was supposed to use the items is way past. If only i knew :(
