Parcel not returned
I am really not happy with the service I'm receiving from RAM. I called in on the 15 December to cancel delivery of a parcel due to an error and requested that the parcel be returned back to me, one of the agents contacted the driver and the driver said he won't have time to bring it back to me I'll receive it on the 17 December. I just called RAM to find out progress, instead of the parcel being returned its out for delivery and they saying they are not sure when my parcel will be returned. This I must say is very infuriating I want my parcel back today please.

18 Dec 2020, 08:40It is clear RAM is not serious about improving their service to clients, I mean i just held on the line for 10mins by an agent then she hangs up on me without giving me feedback on the parcel. May I please have my parcel redelivered to me today!!!! What's so difficult about that?
