Parcel not received still
Seems like Ram has bad service and bad attitude drivers till date I have not received my parcel , 2 weeks , I wish Vodacom.can change and use other couriers like DSV or DHL , ram is useless poor customer service , the drivers are not patient, they don't take calls when you call them back pathetic pathetic service , this company should just close down bunch of useless people.

17 Dec 2025, 09:44I am available today and I want my parcel to be delivered today not a day later , I want a patient and respectful driver , who will not drive off ... They don't even come because the security in my complex has not see them but they say they came , who does that ?? And when you call them back they don't answer their damn phones ... I'm so disappointed and disgusted at the same time . I am just sick and tired of your apologies with no results
