Parcel not delivered , Parcel not Collected .

My order has been sitting at the Pietermaritzburg hub for days now . There has been no communication whatsoever as to why my order is not being delivered . I cannot even make an enquiry on their website because the website is actually not working when you try to lodge a complaint .

In the same breath I am struggling to get Ram to collect an item I am returning to Bash . They sent a communication message yesterday morning to let me know they were coming to collect the order item before 5pm . The stated time came and passed , no one collected the order and no one made contact with me as to why the order was not collected and when would it then be collected. To my surprise this morning they logged that I was not reachable at 5 am in the Morning . How could I be reachable when no one even called me to let me know they were on their way ? At 5 am it is dark as it is autumn , doesn't the company care about its customers' safety? I'm utterly disappointed .
