Parcel not delivered as promised
I'm really disappointed with RAM, I've received SMS that my parcel is out for delivery but no one came. Call center does not answer phone calls. Can someone please deliver my parcel!!! It's really urgent

10 Jun 2022, 15:42I called in the morning and they advised that only my street name showed on their system, hence why the driver could not locate my exact house. My question is WHY DID THE DRIVER NOT CALL ME!? Hopefully, I will receive my parcel on Monday as advised by your consultants. This was a birthday present for someone this weekend, you sure ruined that.

I called in the morning and they advised that only my street name showed on their system, hence why the driver could not locate my exact house. My question is WHY DID THE DRIVER NOT CALL ME!? Hopefully, I will receive my parcel on Monday as advised by your consultants. This was a birthday present for someone this weekend, you sure ruined that.
