Parcel not delivered
I ordered 2 items from FE. The parcels came earlier than expected & I had to stay in Durban longer for a family emergency but I requested that they deliver when I’m back, which was the following week. On the day of I only received 1 item. I immediately emailed in about this & FE assured me that the 2 item was being delivered separately. This was on the 1st of July. 2 weeks of going back and forth with FE & RAM & today I get feedback that I already received my parcel. But I haven’t. Customer service is so unhelpful. RAM either stole or lost my parcel & FE is not taking any accountability. They’ve definitely lost me as a customer.

23 Jul 2024, 22:24Still haven't received resolve in this matter. Om a daily basis I get calls from different drivers but nobody is coming with a solution. I'm still convinced that my items have been ******. And I don't understand how the courier or driver hasn't been held accountable.
