PARCEL NOT DELIVERED
My parcel was collected on the 26th of December from Merewent Durban to Jhb and untill today it is stuck in ISANDO Jhb, i tried to call their agent but they dont know anything about delivery time. The company receiving my parcel close on the 14th, when is my parcel going to get there. By tomorrow am contacting the Ombudsman for the Consumer Goods and Services if not delivered.

I have been trying to call your centre today but after waiting 24 minutes in the queue i found myself facing a line working but with no one talking on your side. Must also be due to high volume of parcels....ha ha. Anyway since the receiving company close on the 14th of December i would like to now what is the set up with my delivery if you even care.
