PARCEL NOT DELIVERED
Parcel was collected in Pretoria but not delivered to Cape Town the next day before 11:00 as promised. Phone 4 times to get feedback as website shows parcel still in ISANDO. Jonathan and 3 others promised to provide feedback - no feedback whatsoever.

Mr Kellerman as discussed telephonically I will update you as soon as our truck arrives in CPT, I have also acknowledged your complaint on the service you recieved and can assure you relevant staff will be diciplined.
