Parcel no Delivered
On hhe 18th of Sept 2019, I was supposed to receive a Parcel from Ram and In did they callrd me to arrange and a delivery guy came on thatvsame day but he got lost despite giving him directions.
I don't know why they not using a gps, I tried giving the guys dictations over the phone but he couldn't get my place. And I called the head office to arrange but now they bewen telling me that they will deliver the new day till today they are telling me the same story.
Very disappointed with your service.
