Parcel lost and ram doesn't respond as promised

Dear RAM team

I'm patiently waiting for your response as promised on the 13th. No one from operations has contacted me. As I'm worried that my parcel is missing while from your side it indicates as delivered. This is a day light ******* , I bought and paid for my things because I needed them. It's not fair that my parcel get lost just like that and no one cares to give answers
