PARCEL GOT DELIVERED TO SOMEONE ELSE
I placed an order on the 25th of July at TFG Sportcene online and I kept tracking the order on the TFG App only to find out on Saturday, the 31st of July that the parcel was delivered on Friday the 30th. I have not received any parcel, I was not contacted by anyone regarding the delivery and when I call TFG about my parcel, I'm being told that it was signed for by someone whom I don't even know. I've called TFG a number of times to inquire about my parcel, TFG has also sent 5 urgency emails to RAM Couriers weeks ago but they still have not given us any feedback. I'm utterly disgusted by this.
