Parcel did not arrive, was told to wait

I had the worst experience with these guys. My order was said to leave East London at 07:30 and they said it was coming to me. I called numerous times to confirm so that I’ll be home for the order even asked them to tell the driver to call me. At 17:00 I thought they were no longer coming so I called to confirm this so that I do not wait around. The agent said the driver is on his way and he can deliver after 17:00 I should just be patient and wait. The driver did not come and I was just left waiting until I gave up. Received an SMS in the morning saying the driver had too many parcels to deliver so he couldn’t make it. Why did they not tell me this over the phone when I called. Anyways, still waiting for my parcel Vodacom should use a different courier because this company is not it
