Parcel delivery at wrong province, city
Must deliver a parcel from Vodacom warehouse (Isando) in Pretoria but go all the way to Harrismith and then 2 days after phoning them everyday they just keeps on apologizing but doesn't take any action... I'm fed up with this

Please note that we got this address from Vodacom.
We are only allowed to deliver at an address provided by Vodacom only.
Please contact Vodacom to change the delivery address and then we should be able to deliver the parcel in Pretoria. For now the parcel will be kept in the warehouse up until Vodacom makes the change.
