Parcel delivery
This is the first time my service provider sends me my parcel using Ram, im quiet disgusted to say the least. Ive been waiting since 8am despite my attempts to try contact the contact center to ask them to locate the driver. I have an emergency i have to stay the whole day at home wait for a parcel , i called 3 times the only solution they have is that i should reschedule for another day. They are not able to locate their drivers and driver can only call me when he gets here , there is nothing that those call center agent can do to assists make the experience easier. 1st time using Ram, u the worst in the business , u care less about yo customers.

Thank you for reaching out to Ram Hand to Hand Couriers. Kindly note that when we receive parcels we deliver according to different areas at different times hence the 8am to 5pm slot time is given to avoid any expectations to all the clients we delivering to on the day as we cannot deliver to all the client's by 9am in the morning. Whilst we also understand you had an emergency the best option would have been to leave the parcel with someone in your absence or reschedule delivery for a different day because for security reason's we cannot disclose the location of our couriers to any client however we can give you an ETA which in this case was for after 1pm.
We understand that as a client you want your order as soon as possible especially once you paid for it which is fair however we have to follow processes whenever we deliver every parcel and we do care about our client's as we run this business for our client's. We are glad that your parcel has been delivered successfully.

08 Mar 2024, 11:16Why would u assume that i was given an ETA of after 1? All yo call center agents said that they are not able to locate the driver and i waited till 2:40 pm for my parcel, after i requested that u prioritize it as i had an emergency. U do not care about yo clients if you did , i would've gotten it earlier as the driver passed Sky city earlier yesterday, but he never received communication from yo agents.

Please note we make arrangements of parcels a day before and unfortunately there are arranged service delivery to be delivered by 08h30 and 10h30 such as priority parcel like medications that take priority everyday when we make our deliveries which is why the best option was to re-arrange for today. We did make delivery as arranged on behalf of Bash and whilst we did not meet your expectation to deliver in the morning we do need to follow all our process and ensure we keep client's parcels safe and deliver within the scope of the companies delivery process and security measures taken. We apologize for not meeting to your expectation as a client to deliver your parcel earlier than expected.
