parcel delivered to totally diff address to waybill address

after my debacle on Friday - trying to have a parcel collected since 08h30 Wed for next day delivery. I finally had someone collect it after the Hello Peter review. The driver had no details on his mobile just the complex street address. All the info i loaded was not passed on hence he didnt know where to go. But finally it was collected and tracking says this morning scanned in for delivery. Well lo and behold if the parcel ends up at a totally different address in Midrand to what i loaded and is printed on the waybill. Now to get Ram to fetch it and get it to the correct address. This is like a comedy of errors . Ram needs to wake up 4038 review on Hello Peter is not good.
