PARCEL DELIVERED AT WRONG ADDRESS

On Friday 10/04/2026 I received a message that my parcel was out for delivery and later that day I received another message that my parcel was delivered yet I did not receive it.

On Monday 13/04/2026 I called the call centre to check who signed for my parcel and the consultant said the parcel was delivered at a wrong address and they will contact the driver to collect and call me on Tuesday.

14/04/2026 I have not received any call or communication and tried calling the call centre where I held for 18 minutes only for my call to be dropped.
