Parcel delayed and no communication
Ram hand to hand courier their services it's poor I've been waiting for my parcels since 5th December till today. They don't answer our calls nor responding us on WhatsApp. Their emails bounced back, on top of that they don't allow us to collect our parcel at their hubs while they fail to deliver on time. Even your drivers are not good when comes to communication. How come parcel dispatched in the morning 06h19 till 5h44 but still not delivered 😳😳 your service it's poor shame. I wanted to change address korr you don't even want to communicate with us
