My dad ordered a device for me on the 12th of March and the device was handed over to RAM on the 15th of March. There was no communication from them until the 20th of March and with that communication they claiming that they delivered on the 19th yet he was called nor received the parcel because he is not in the country I was the third party but apparently my father who isn't in the country is the one who recieved it . After a month after the occurrence of this incident RAM still hasn't communicated as to what happened to the parcel. Literally the worst delivery company, we demanding answers , the middle party is also waiting for the investigation on your side so I can get my device
