Parcel cancelled due to RAM incompetence

Upgraded cell phone package. Courier service used by Cell C was RAM. I received an sms on 08/11/2017 to inform package was out for delivery. The address on the SMS was 100% correct. Received a call from the driver at 16:42 to ask what time I was finishing work. I told him it was a residential so he could deliver any time. No delivery on 08 November 2017 was attempted. The 09/11/2017 I received another sms from RAM to inform package was out for delivery. Again no delivery. I contacted the call centre at 16:20 to enquire about delivery. They would get back to me regarding time. I informed them clearly that I would only be available until 10am on 10 November 2017 if the delivery could not take place on 9th. I was phoned Friday 10 November 2017 by the driver at 15:58 to tell me he is at my house. This after I clearly stated I would not be available after 10am. Phoned RAM today only to be told that I cancelled the parcel and I no longer wanted it. I have now phoned Cell C who also informed me that RAM cancelled because I no longer wanted the package.????? Cell C please change your courier service. This is unacceptable!!!!!
