Parcel being moved between warehouses for days now
RAM Couriers is absolutely bad, we have been waiting for our parcel for days now, it is being moved between Isando and Industria warehouses, we have been calling and calling. We were told that we would have it on Monday, yesterday we were told we would have it today, this morning when we call RAM (today is wed), we are told it is being escalated. Literally being moved between these warehouses, what for we dont know. The most irritating thing about this is, RAM has been delivering other parcels at our home, even yesterday afternoon. When you ask why, they say they dont know why

06 Dec 2023, 13:22Guys i feel like you have not really read what is written above, the parcel is moving in between warehouses. We literally ordered 3 parcels for this account, the 2 parcels are delivered from the PTA warehouse, but this one was taken to Industria. why? and when you call the call centre they tell you about correct address, which doesnt even make sense as we received the other parcels ordered same day, with same address. Your guys need to pull up their socks honestly

We did acknowledge the error also understand the parcels came with different addresses however we will be making the delivery today.

07 Dec 2023, 18:33Hi. Still haven't received the parcel, it is now 18,35. Also this parcel CLRZA***7 as well is delayed, was also moving between isando aand industria. I don't know why you say they came with different addresses because I ordered these the same day minutes apart and most of them were delivered with no issues. It's just these 2 parcels for some reason that went to industria. Anyway hopefully the parcels will arrive soon tx
