Paid for Early Bird delivery - Received next day delivery

<p>Well guess I was stupid enough to believe that something like early bird delivery does exists.</p> <p> </p> <p>Paid R 222-70 for an early bird (Early bird means parcel get delivered before 09:00 am on the day of delivery) option to get my parcel delivered, just to find out the parcel arrived 12:06 pm which will be the next day by 17:00 delivery WHICH cost R139-62. </p> <p>I inquiry my type of delivery (service) and the type I paid for with customer care, just to receive a rude lady who hang the phone up.</p> <p>I wonder how many people RAM ****** of their money, if they do it with a 1'000 people a month it will be almost R1'000'000-00 a year. RAM will you please pay me the difference back?? </p>
