Package not delivered

My package was out for delivery yesterday driver called and shouted at me because I was not at my delivery address I explained to the driver that I had to rush to the office for an emergency and would be home at 4:30pm he shouted at me and told me to call RAM’s office which I did. I called the office and was told by a lady by the of Janine that my package would be delivered today between 12pm and 5pm, I rushed home and I have been waiting for my package since 12pm at my delivery address but my package has not been delivered. I am not available tomorrow as explained to Janine and she said not to worry my package would be delivered today.
