Package not delivered

I’m so furious writing this. I was supposed to receive my parcel on Monday 14 February. On Monday I got an sms that my parcel would be delivered before 5pm. 6pm I get a phone call from the driver, I tell him I can’t get the parcel as I’ve already knocked off at work, he gives me an attitude and eventually hangs up on me! 😡. I then receive a phone call from the head office and we agree that they would deliver the parcel the following day, Tuesday 15 February. On Tuesday I get an sms again that my parcel will be delivered before 5pm, but to my surprise it wasn’t delivered! When I track it, it says it couldn’t be delivered because it was misrouted. Today, Wednesday 16 February, I call the Head office and I’m being told that my parcel is sitting at the warehouse in Witbank!!! Why??? Why isn’t it being delivered to me? It’s my husband’s birthday tomorrow and that is his gift!!! I am so furious! I want that parcel delivered to me!!!!! The waybill no is AAAA***. I’m almost convinced that the driver from Monday did this on purpose!!!! The way he was so rude to me
