Package lost between Ram Couriers and Cell C.
They picked up a phone that i returned to Cell C two weeks back, after a second hand phone was sent to me which i didn't want, i signed it off personally, and the parcel is now lost. Useless communication between them and Cell C, as no one knows anything now.
Waybill number shows it's been delivered, but I'm sure RAM couriers is one big **** company.
They can't reply to emails from Cell C, can't respond to queries, nothing.
Just know this, if that phone is lost, or your personnel stole it, I've got all the proof that it was collected from me.
Pathetic company. I advise anyone to never use Ram couriers, specially not in South Africa.

03 Apr 2024, 17:12Well, according to Cell C, it's not with them, they can't even pick up on their system. They have escalated a query with you guys maybe a week ago, no response. So someone is bull ****ting someone.

03 Apr 2024, 17:29Do you think I'm stupid? I've given them that exact Waybill, which i signed for, probably a thousand times. They can't pick it up on their system, it's not with them according to Lerato. It never arrived. I know what a waybill is.

There is a signed document confirming that we delivered a parcel and we did deliver the parcel, we make deliveries daily and also make collection from the same address therefore once we deliver anything that happens Ram Couriers cannot be held liable for it. We will send you a signed copy of the POD as confirmation we made the delivery.
