Package delivered to wrong person without even calling me.

Utterly disappointing. I've been waiting for a package from Clicks to be delivered by Ram hand-to-hand couriers today. I called them this morning to confirm the number I use and to let them know that I was unavailable between 14:00-16:00 today, and I was assured that that would be no problem. When I looked at the tracking around 13:00, it said the package had been delivered at 11:23. I didn't receive any phone call from any driver! When I called the company they said I should check with security to see if they signed for it and nobody at security signed for it. I called them back again and was told the issue would be escalated and that the driver would be called to explain who he delivered to and where. I was told I would receive a call back. After a few hours of silence called them back, I am now being told the issue will be escalated again and that the driver is not answering?? Now they are saying I should wait and hope the hub gets back to them by 6. This was an urgent delivery, and they should work on the protocol with their drivers. Try to avoid this company if you don't want issues like this with your delivery. Do better.
