Package delivered to wrong person and address, no feedback received regarding this
My parcel was delivered to the wrong address. No one called to confirm if they had the right place and could leave my delivery there. The parcel was delivered on Friday the 27th. Got to work this morning, Monday and looked for my package and decided to track it. Saw that it was received by someone I do not know. I called the Ram call center twice. Both agents promised to call me back with information but neither did. I don't know what is going on or whether they have found my package. It's a watch as a gift, I'm not sure if I'm even going to receive my package, whether it has been used or even damaged by someone else and no one seems to be able to provide any answers. I am really worried and disappointed and at this point considering telling the company I purchased from that I want a credit as Ram has lost my package.

After many phone calls my package was delivered to the correct address late yesterday evening.
Again I did not receive a phone to confirm if my package could be left or not.
