Overnight Delivery is a WEEK!!

If I could pick a Minus Star, I would, as you have proven to me that all courier companies are exactly the same. Promise you the world in adverti*****ts , but delivers nothing! 🤬 After switching from the worlds most useless courier company to RAM Hand-To-Hand Couriers it was just proven again, that you are all the same. I booked a parcel for OVERNIGHT DELIVERY at the beginning of the week. First they picked up a day late because the *********** driver could not find the street name on the map (but the centre agent found it very quickly). Without making contact or even attempting to contact me and find directions, he just moved it to the next day. I then had to phone several times to get that sorted out. After they picked up the following afternoon, my client still did not receive his parcel 2 days later! So much for overnight fees, and paying extra! I am beyond furious, not to mention that my relationship with my client is under severe strain at the moment! Bottom line is, you probably won't do anything about this or even get back to me about the complaint, and when you do, you will just say "Sorry" and expect me to accept a half ass apology!
