**** Outstanding Ram Courier amount

I was recently ****med where my credit card was hacked and R5000-00 withdrawn. A **** message sent via RAM Couriers was sent about an outstanding amount. Why can't RAM Couriers stop this crime? Be aware of a text message about an outstanding amount!
