Ordered a parcel via BASH TFG and the parcel was suppose to be delivered today and received a call and the Guy did not say much and I thought it was network and called again and he says they already passed they will see if they will deliver

Ordered a parcel via BASH TFG and the parcel was suppose to be delivered today and received a call and the Guy did not say much and I thought it was network and called again and he says they already passed they will see if they will deliver. COLLECTION ASSIGNED TO NDHLOVU, THOKOZANI THOMAS (FL87HYGP). The guy was rude and had to cancel the Parcel with Ram and Bash. Not good customer service at all. Just because we live in the townships the parcel can or cannot be delivered by their Couriers. The guy was Rude and the Ram consultant Nkateko was not helping at all.
