Order delay
If there was -star I would give them. When enquiring about my parcel I spoke to a Raheed who gave me so much attitude and ended our chat without resolving anything. Order gets assigned in the morning and after 5 keeps being being updated that collection not collected for three days and you agent count give me a reason why the driver is failing to collect the parcel
