order data sim card from rain

Kindly assist, I have ordered the unlimited 4G sim card and have not received it. I received the RAM reference but they say it got sent back. Order number 482340 ram reference RAINO4-***5.

I found RAM service to be pathetic to say the list. How would they sent the parcel back and yt there were able to email me the reference number. And the communication I prefered was through email or sms since they asked for my preference. And Yet they still says, It because they could not get hold of me.
