Opened parcel and they stole my new phone!
My mom had a phone upgrade with Vodacom and she received the parcel today only find the parcel slightly opened on the side with the box still there but the new phone (Huawei P40 Lite) missing... ****** in fact! I am utterly disgusted by this service!

23 Nov 2020, 21:13Evening,
The details of events are as follows:
The parcel was delivered this afternoon - Monday 23 November 2020 at around 3pm, they asked my mom to come to the car as they sat in the car and sign for the parcel without giving her the parcel first for her to check. Please note that she is a senior citizen and she doesn't quite know the processes of receiving parcels but she knew she had to provide her ID, copy of an ID and proof of residence as Vodacom required.
The drivers told her that those are not necessary and she should just sign as they were in a "hurry". They gave her the parcel and fled.
I have pictures of the parcel. There is no waybill number or sticker stating where the package is going and to whom or maybe the tracking/waybill number on it, NOTHING! The RAM packaging plastic is dated June 2019. There is no form of proof of receipt or acknowledgement that we have received the parcel. There was just a box with a charger, earphones and a Vodacom starter pack, with no Phone.
The phone number that they used to call my mom is ***, we have tried calling but they obviously didn't answer. The tracking/waybill number MBCM01-***1.
