Online Shopping turn BAD with RAM
Our Clicks parcel has been with RAM for more than a week. Despite several phone calls they simply choose to ignore requests to deliver in the mornings or anytime on a specified date. The assumption is that they simply cannot be bothered with customer service requests.

27 Jun 2022, 18:06 Your tracking information has just been updated suggesting that the delivery was unsuccessful due to us being unavailable. This is absolute nonsense!!! My wife and I were both at home all afternoon. I tested the intercom this afternoon and confirmed that it rings inside the house. There was no attempt by your driver to alert us to his presence, neither hooting nor using the intercom at the gate. Goes to demonstrate the integrity and customer service of this courier company!!!
