One whole day on the road and no package

Hi. I have been waiting on my package today which was scheduled for delivery since 09:00 this morning. I had my work address listed and waited at work until 18:00. I called Digital Planet and even Ram Couriers twice to confirm if they have the right address and phone number for me. I am so disappointed in Ram Couriers, Digital Planet and FNB Smart Devices that I could immigrate if this is the level of service we get in this country. At no point did they let me know what was going on, called in and the lady I spoke to just kept telling me it may still be on route. I told her at 4:30 that this package has been on route since 09:00 and she just insisted it could still happen. I am now at home and logged in again to check and got this message "2016-04-29 06:17:55 PM UNSUCCESSFULL DELIVERY IN Cape Town - R-MISROUTED." Now I have to wait until Tuesday as it's a Public Holiday this Monday. I think if they are sincere they would make a way for this package to get my home address Tomorrow at no extra charge. This is happening after a very stressful experience with these three partners FNB Devices, Digital Planet and now finally RAM COURIERS. All in all I have now waited close to a TWO MONTHS to get a working phone delivered to me between the three of them. Disgusting
