One Less Customer
Ordered a Phone from Vodacom Six days ago. Got an sms that said it is by the couriers and will be delivered within Three days.
We are on day Four and nothing....
Got a call from the driver on day Three to ask for directions, tried to call back a few times. You can hear the driver answering and then dropping the call every time.
I called customer care, spoke to a consultant and after a while she went quite and dropped the call.
Sent a mail to the customer care, got an automatic reply and then further nothing.
I do not recommend RAM couriers.
