On... Tuesday, no on Wednesday... now on Thurday
<p>I live in area they service on certian days so it is my fault they have not delivered on the day they said they will deliver on, so I don't know who is going to sign for that package now!</p>

Thank you for bringing this to my attention, As i have advised earlier to you, your parcel was handed to RAM on the 20/2/2017 from cell C in Johannesburg. This was sent to our Hub in Cape Town and they received this parcel on the 21/2/2017, Your area is a township area and due to security reasons and risk factors we only service these areas on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Should we have received your parcel in Cape town on the 20/2/2017 this would have been delivered yesterday however this is not the case as Cell C only requested this to be collected on the 20th.
Also as explained Cell C do not allow Ram to make deliveries to a third party.
I do apologize for the inconvenience that was caused due to this.

You should then just tell people that you would deliver when you say are unless your area is in a township then you will deliver when its a service day for you, because now its like your policy is people in the township are not worthy of the convinence of being delivered on the day you say they are going to be,
The problem is that you are not saying that we should not have told you on Wednesday because we won't deliver on Wednesday but you want to blame security in the township, Cell c for not fo telling you in time...Its really dissapointing you will not recognise your fault towards me but blame everyone else.
