On 28 November I was suppose to receive my parcel from but the coriour guy did not pitch we waited for Monday nothing so on Tues it was out for delivery he called saying he is coming we waited outside for hour and half in the rain so we decided to call him when we called he rep**** saying he doesn't have the parcel I'm talking I told him that you called two hours ago and he started insulting me when I track the parcel after hanging up it was saying "attempted delivery -the client was not at home" and around 20:00 I checked again and it said the parcel has been returned to the sender I tried calling them but the service is so bad I even sent them an email but nothing it has been 6 days and the update is saying "Closed in ind -reattempt delivery" it has been 6 days in that status
